Contact Forms There are several Contact Forms on our website, in order to contact us for varying reasons. Each form has an Opt-In checkbox, advising you of the information we collect and why? If this is not checked, the form cannot be send and the request cannot be processed by FG Apprenticeships. No information is stored on our website server, but is stored in email format on our encrypted Gmail server.

We share your personal information with PicsWeb when applying for an FG Apprenticeships. We do share other information with other 3rd Parties when applying for a position within FG Apprenticeships.
We keep contact form entries for 12 months and customer purchase records for eight years.
If you have an account on this site you can request to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
